Reasons we have environmental problems?

i need some help thinking out of the box :)Reasons we have environmental problems?(except the 'natural' natural disasters,) humankind doesn't have an idea (yet) how to live in this earth as a 'native'.Reasons we have environmental problems?@Previous Answer: Actually, corporations are only part of the problem. The majority of society has problems outside of corporations.

@Asker: Overpopulation is an often overlooked issue which worsens every problem we have. Habitat degradation, animal extinctions, pollution, ecological collapse are all problems worsened by it. Others are industrial countries like the US not buying and using electric cars, riding bikes. Basically living too extravagantly and not taking responsibility. The debate of whether there is Global Warming in US when most of Europe has already accepted the problem is another dilemma. Coming back to population, I've heard countries like Russia, Germany and some others I can't quite remember right now, have declining or stable populations and are apparently less corrupted. On a psychological note: From what I've read of these types of people, the primal reason for refusing to change is basically a fear of change. A fear of difference and something new that isn't normal for their line of thinking. At least, that's what I gather.

This may not be what you're looking for, but hopefully, it'll lead you to whatever you were hoping to find to think outside the box.Reasons we have environmental problems?-An economic model that doesn't value the environment in calculations of cost of a product or resource.

-Out of sight, out of mind: people are usually not aware of the environmental results of their actions in faraway places. And when they are aware, they usually don't care.Reasons we have environmental problems?
