Violation of new credit card law ?

Little Ceasars Pizza charges $1.50 if you use a credit card. Is that legal ? If so that's just wrong !Violation of new credit card law ?
You can thank President Obama and the Democrats for these higher charges. This is an unplanned consequence of the new credit card laws. The credit card companies are charging Little Caesars more so they have to pass along those charges to you.Violation of new credit card law ?
It's not in the new law. It's part of the agreement that they signed with the bank when they decided to offer credit cards as a payment option. Report them to your card issuer.Violation of new credit card law ?
No it is NOT illegal. When you pay by a credit card, that transaction cost the business more money. It is 100% perfectly legal and acceptable to pass on costs to the customer......its called BUSINESS. Is this a new concept to you?Violation of new credit card law ?
Visa, for example, charges Pizza Hut a fee to allow them to accept Visa, then a transaction fee every time they let someone pay by credit card. There is a base charge plus a percentage of the sale.

Pizza Hut will either need to stop allowing customers to use credit cards or raise their prices for everyone if they stopped charging you $1.50.

What they are doing is the definition of fair. They are charging the people using Visa a service fee that is a close amount to what they are charged to offer the convenience to use a credit card.

Sorry. Pay cash.
