Ugh...Just basically ate a whole pizza?

Man. I just ate a whole box of crazy cheese bread from little ceasars..there was about 8 in there..I feel like crap lol. Will I gain some weight for this? This morning I ate an egg sandwich...too ugh..To much grease lol. Thats basically all I ate today.Ugh...Just basically ate a whole pizza?
Try and do a 20-30 min jog/run tomorow to help burn off some of the carbs and fats. Its okay to overindulge every once in awhile . :) If you gain any weight its probably just 1-2 pounds but it can be easily burned within a few days. Don't stress over it. Just try not to eat like that again :}!Ugh...Just basically ate a whole pizza?

Yes, you will gain weight. How much? Depends on the weight of the food.



On the other hand, most of it will go away naturally, in the next 24 hours or so, if you catch my drift.

You might gain a pound or two and be stopped up for a bit with all that grease, cheese, and the eggs. If it's not a habit for you to do something like that, you should be fine. We all "endulge" on food now and then--once in a long while won't hurt you.
Well, the scale will probably be up tomorrow. That stuff has lots of sodium, so you'll probably retain some fluid!



Like that other person wrote-unless you eat like that a bunch of days in a row, you'll probably be all right!



Get back on track tomorrow, flush your system by drinking some more water, and don't beat yourself up about it. We all have those days!
You better eat some good fiber for the rest of the week and push that junk out...Yikes...

No. There are days when I eat fattening things all day long but that's rarely.

I think it's about if this is your 'normal' eating habits. If you find yourself doing this 2x a week. It's time to STOP!
