I need little ceasars hot wings recipe for mild hotness or something EXTREMELY close. Thanks! Oh and it has to be mild or mediumHot wings recipe?! I LOVE the little ceasars hot wings whats their recipe!?!?
There are two main ingredients in hot wing sauce. Franks hot sauce, and butter, or margarine that tastes really buttery, whichever you can afford.
If you mix Franks hot sauce with equal parts butter, that will give you a nice start for mild wing sauce. Then you might want to add a teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce, some garlic (not too much), and definitely an acid like lemon or lime juice, like a tablespoon. A friend of mine puts in jarred jalapenos, but they will make it hotter, so leave those out. She also puts in Tarragon, just a little bit, and it gives the wings a savory, almost licorice bite to them. She sells her sauce to a restaurant in Buffalo. That is how you make wing sauce. The more butter you use, the less hot it will be.
Good luck, and oh, by the way, get the oil real hot for frying the wings, and make sure you cook them until the "flubbery" part of the wing gets cooked all the way. That is a properly cooked wing.
Have fun!
