okay so im new to dieting and im young so i dont know much, i know ur supposed to diet and exercise but i need to know more than that. I like foood a lot! so is it okay to cheat on my diet every once in a while, i also work at little ceasars so when im starvn and working for 8 hrs is it okay to sneak a half order of crazy bread or a slice of pizza?... what are some good snacks that wont pack on the pounds. Now about exersizing,. ive been running for a while and doing some pilates and the giant ball excersizes to tone. What are some other cheap ways to excersize?, wat are some good dvd brands. how often should i change my cardio so i dont get bored... how often a week should i excersize, and if i dont do it as much as im supposed to will i still lose a little weight, im not tryin to lose like 100 lbs, my goal is about 30-50 and then maintain it after i reach my goal PLZ HeLP!!, any info or sites, would be helpful thnksWhats a good diet plan?
