Why is it SOO difficult to get international actions on environmental problems??!?!?
such as overfishing and pollution of the air and oceansWhy is it SOO difficult to get international actions on environmental problems??!?!?Because every country has its own priorities and ideas, and there is no body that has authority over a national government, beyond such authority as that country may have "chosen" to give up.
