I'll be gald if you could write both, under seperate headings.Can economic growth of a country solve its environmental problems?No, not at all. The economic development is not related to solving environmental problems. If it would have been yes, then rural china should have been lot better than what it is now (due to the effluents discharge without any treatment). You just cannot question china's economic developent. It all depends on commitment towards environment that we have. How ever rich we are its all in our minds to have concern for environment. The so called rich countries like USA and UK are doing carbon trading and buying it from countries like india. Here too they are buying I repeat they are buying to substantiate but not reducing the emissions.
