10 weeks pregnant and feel SO LOUSY about my eating?

Before pregnancy I was a health nut. I ate roughly 7-8 servings of fruits per day, exercised regularly, etc. Since getting pregnant, my healthy lifestyle has pretty much vanished.



The very thought of eating most vegetables makes me want to puke. Anything that's leafy and green is disgusting. I have no energy to work out at all, not even small walks.



In the last week I've eaten little ceasars, taco bell, and burger king and even then that was almost the only thing I was able to eat the entire day.



It wasn't until today that I was even able to stomach anything remotely "fresh" (2 cups of watermelon and a small salad made with iceburg lettuce).



Am I harming my baby by eating junk food? I feel like crap all the time. Not even necessarily full-on vomiting, but just really out of it, tired, and queasy10 weeks pregnant and feel SO LOUSY about my eating?
It is still early in your pregnancy and you are not harming the baby through what you have eaten. But hopefully you are able to stomach your prenatal vitamins, that is extremely important. It sounds like you have a lot of nausea. If it continues you can ask your Doctor for something that would allow you to feel better. Ginger can also help reduce your nausea.
