I need help gaining weight?

i weigh 166 pounds and i need help reaching 180 pounds. I don't really have a lot of money to go buy weight gainer, so i need some advice. I currently eat around 2500 calories a day with four or five meals. I weight train at the gym Mon - Fri and i do an hour of cardio in the mornings on Tue - Fri also. I work at little Ceasars but iam trying to stay away from all the bad food because i dont want to gain a whole lot of fat but i do want to gain some fat so i can tone down later on. Any advice on what to eat or anything that could help me would be great! Well thanks in advance and please no stupied comments !!!I need help gaining weight?
Hi Anthony, take Wednesday off from all exercise and start adding skim milk powder to every glass of milk you have. I expect at least 2 glasses a day. It should have a few benefits for you.
